[Automation and Labor-Saving Case] Pillow Packaging Stacking Stock Automation Device

A grommet for wire protection is attached to the handle! The pillow-wrapped items do not slip, allowing for transport to a designated position.

We would like to introduce a successful case of automation and labor-saving achieved by our "Stacking Stock Automation Device" for pillow-packaged pharmaceutical products. This device uses a scara robot to stack pillow-packaged products that flow in on a conveyor. When the robot hand grips the products, slipping occurs, so we initially applied urethane rubber, but it was too hard and did not work well. After some trial and error, we decided to use grommets for wiring protection, which are conveniently inexpensive as consumables. [Case Overview] - Since the size and the number of products that can be stacked vary, we conducted experiments to determine the stacking quantity with the customer. - The stocked packaged products are then processed by workers downstream for boxing, and we were able to order the necessary equipment together, resulting in a well-integrated device. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
